Cancellation Policy
NorthStar Psychological Services has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or are unable to give 24-hour-notice, you will be charged the full fee for the session. Extenuating circumstances will be considered and discussed on an individual basis if necessary.
